The Disadvantages of Legislating Against Bad Owners

The difficulty with trying to legislate against bad owners is because you say well look at man cities owners looking new castles owners as football club owners. It's very difficult to roll back on that sort of stuff. The interesting bit from our point of view I suppose is the American interesting buying football clubs because they clearly see a lot of untapped potential in Premier League football. But ultimately what do you value most out of your football isn't it and is it just about pursuing the money and the highest revenue or do you want something more tangible we don't get any that money they want to start sharing it out.
