Ethereum's Centralization

EIP provides this stopgap from users withdrawing uh um over some some threshold do you think that's uh increases centralization or is it just about having ethereum become less permission less. When we're talking about permission systems like permission and permissionless basically open blockchain or closedchain networks really has more to do with the entities that are spinning these things up than anything else. So when we are selecting the peers that we operate with it becomes less important to the onlookers or the community or the ecosystem we're dealing with for there to be rules that are decentralized everyone's playing by the same rules now.
