I find it fascinating that we all clearly know that life is uncertain. And yet we're susceptible to believing some of these people that are there to give us things. One would probably, if we were to use our critical faculties a little bit more, we'd recognise that actually what they're saying can't be true. The truth is much of life is about sort of learning by doing. A lot of what you do is through experience and sort of taking knocks and making mistakes. That's very important because if you look at evolutionary theory, we are a product of mistakes.
