When it comes to deciding on a doctor, what matters most? Where they went to medical school, where they did their residency training, the hospital they work at this age matter. How do you know if you're choosing a good doctor? All doctors complete at least one residency. It coul range from three years to sometimes seven years. Residency is often up to 80 hours a week and used to be a lot more.
