How to Get the Best Rates on DSCR Loans

DSCR loans have adjusted over the last three to four weeks for a pretty nasty sell off in the treasury market, where rates really rose about 50 basis points. We're seeing rates as low as in the mid sixes with buy downs on DSCR loans, but without a hefty buy down, realistically you're talking like mid sevens at this point for most DSCR Loans. With my company, we can get leverage as high as 90% of purchase price plus 100% of rehab for experienced borrowers.
