Leadership on the Local Level
There's a misperception that leadership on that level equate so having, ike, a unified approach to everything. So i believe in this thing, and if i standardize this thing, then that'ld be best for everyone. And i think if it's possible for you to have a standardized methoge to allow folks in their locals to develop what they need for them to look very, very fine.
