Building Muscle With Split Squats

For hypedrophy, if you're tring to build muscl there is a wider range than some people think. You could do between eight and 30 reps and still see benefit from it. Don't feel discouraged if it feels hard, because something like bulgary and split squats, it's always hard. But it's a great way to just, again, build that confidence love it.
