How to Create a Channel for Ideas

Zulip has a channel called ideas. Anyone can talk about an idea they have, it doesn't mean that you're like requesting a feature. I don't feel the need as someone in a position to potentially accept or reject your feature requests because it's just an idea that you're sharing. And then maybe there becomes consensus that this might be a good idea. But also maybe not and that's fine. Like doing issue triage, like if it's a bug report, I love it because it's like, great,maybe it can be improved with like whittling it down - making it easier to reproduce. There's no stress in that interaction for me asan author.
