The unfortunate thing is that shoppers are working on so many different platforms that don't talk to each other. Most shoppers go to four or five dealership websites as they research. And I should expect in at least in a dealership that's working with full path, I should expect the next email not to be about a sedan or a special that is nothing no relevance to me. It could be a little creepy, right? Someone knows something about me.
