Is There a Timer for 30 Minutes?

My challenge for you guys this week is to revisit that ideal vision of yourself. If you haven't done so, already, externalize it. For me, i have a magnetic white board, and i placed images that remind me of what i'm working on. By externalizing it, it doesn't matter if i forget my goal, i see my goal in visual form multiple times a dayso i'm a visual person. I respond better to pictures than with written words. The images are inspiring to me when i look at them. And i'll share them on my i'll do that.
