Just pay some attention to, you know, connect with yourself through these various methods we talked about. Remember to ges tols, remember take a break. Just reassess what that meaning and purpose in your life is. Avoid isolation. And just notice of your spending time. If you're drifting away from people, notice somethings not not right, and do something about it. Make self management and self care part of the process. You can have processes for managing risks or watching data and news. But have a process for yourself as well. That's what many people don't do.
