'Azure' Is a Woman by Caladan

The men just feel uncomfortable being led by a woman, and so they just sort of wilfully ignore the fact. Initially i thought it might sort of be an exploration of gender, which i thought wa interesting. And then we kind of find out that it's not. The original read of what was going on when it was made clear that azure is a woman by caladan wasn't very clear.
