The Effects of Coffee and Tea on the Macular Retinal Nerve
Researchers in Australia were curious to know what effects if any coffee and tea might have on the macular retinal nerve, right? That's the thin layer of nerve cells that transmits visual information from the eye to the brain. The key was drinking two to three cups of coffee a day over that actually started to show some bad health effects. But unlike coffee, you had to drink a little bit more four or more cups per day.
