The Importance of Honesty in a No Excuses Environment
"There's no time for excuses or, oh, well, this is why I was doing it that way," he says. "It's just that people are used to providing excuses and we're not necessarily interested in excuses" Some students come in with a lot of attitude, which can hold them back from getting the best out of their pilots' training,. He adds: "You will find your limits as to whatever they are, but you just got to be honest."
