The Root of Black Disparities
Under freedom, the rational prevails over the irrational. But what about disparities that still exist? Why is average black income lower than that of whites? Is this because of systemic racism on the part of the white majority? There to the answer is no. The main cause of these kinds of disparities is philosophical. blacks have been taught an offshoot of altruism, the doctrine of victimization.
