The Importance of Being Over Responsible
When we go and take on these responsibilities, anybody who is ever in a role is automatically by extension of being in that role. So if so facto, that means that you should be doing this because I'm doing this role. That then leads to not only feeling exhausted from being over responsible, but you start to feel quite resentful.
