How I Met Fama Howl, a Finance Graduate
Fama teaches the first out of a series of required finance PhD classes. So I took this class early on and every year Fama picks his TAs. He picks two teaching assistants from the previous year who has taken the class in the previous year. And unfortunately, for me, Fama agreed so that's how that opportunity came about. Now, how long was the grad program that you went through? You know, I think the, the length differs by the individual, but typically these days for the finance program, it's about five years from the day you enter the program to the day you leave the program.
