Curtis: I think there's a couple different categories. One is just in terms of our team structure, sometimes we have made some mistakes in who we brought onto the team and there have been some painful lessons learned that we hadn't really fully vetted people. A third category is just the numbers of violence themselves. And so it's just, you know, the violence is complicated. It's very painful for us as an organization and for us personally.
