Rady says, a typical statement about bodies has no fund of experiential implications. We cash out meanings in terms of these hypotheticals, if i do x happens, then y happens, and so on. In order to cash out that meaning, we have to do a bunch of hypotheticals where we say, ok, if I do this, then this happens. The simple version is that if i say something, the meaning what i say. Ne what is the verification is theory of truth, right?"
