How to Be a Successful Leader
I was the only one who talked about leadership, I asked me because there was a report by the Boston consulting group to that we talk about leadership for the world. So I became the, I had to set up a global leadership center which was not that easy because of the resource allocation and things like that. And that time I also started the program, which is called coaching and consulting for change. Now everybody in the kitchen is thinking it's a coach but I joined up with two colleagues who were both psych ran list,. One American, but trained in Germany and one Dutch, Trent and Holland.
