The more i think about it, the less committed i am to the neo is a hard category. I think that what you see is not so much a kid of ironclad set of principles or a kind of doctrine that remains constant from decade to decade. The solution that canes arrived at, more properly, cansians arrived at was that now there needed to be an more active role of the state as a producer of demand and a countercyclical spending.
