The AI Education Conversation

CHAPTER

The Future of Letters of Recommendation

I do think letters of recommendation are really helpful for students to be able to submit when they're having their application considered. The problem is though is that for a lot of colleges they're asking for a lots of letters and then I think that's where we run into situations where all of those letters may or may not end up being quality right. If across the board colleges and universities more so move to a model where let's say we're going to ask you to submit one to two letters of recommendation but you get to choose who they're from right? That would be a general direction that would really make the job of counselors and teachers easier as well as an equitable practice for our students.
