I think a lot of that kind of stuff happens cause we just don't wi don and value it any more. I'm very fortunate, not only my property. I mean, we have a whole corridor on that river that's all under conservation. You can't blame the kid that went out and started a nice career somewhere else. But if we're able to diversify agratorisms huge for us right now. It's give back to the community. Why we, youknow, try to preserve this being a beautiful piece of land i got,. And a just that whole valley.
