What Does It Mean to Be Empowered?
Software engineers are often given very specific instructions on how to do stuff. But the opposite could be that the team has been giving the task of implementing a feature. They have even been on board in breaking it down with a designer, like what is feasible,. And we can maybe do this in this time span or some milestone. So they also have their own buy-in from the team. I would say that that is an example of being empowered.
