Dan Rao: I would probably use something different than ketamine, not because I think ketamine increases your ICP. Because it's a sympathy on my medic, it can't jack up your blood pressure a little bit. And if I think this guy's got a head full of blood, then jacking up his blood pressure is probably not in his best interest. So for a guy like him, I would be inclined to use something like accommodate. You know, there's been a lot of good evidence lately that's all over the board that says that even in people who are shocked that we're intubating that Ketamine is not necessarily the panacea we thought it was.
