The Biden Administration Is Going to Circumvent Congress to Try to Create Law Out of Thin Air
If this went through Congress, there's no way it would pass because Republican Democrat or something else entirely, people know their constituents don't want this. There are at least 20 states that have a blanket ban. If this rule gets codified into law in its current form, all of those states will find their state laws running afoul of federal law.
