Repleven Actions in the Federal Courts

Peter Navarro wrote a letter saying he wasn't going to be testifying or turning over any documents so he could suck it. The archives asked him nicely in 2021 to give those messages back when he ignored them. Then in June of 2022, the Justice Department sent him a slightly less nice note saying it was going to sue him if he didn't cough up. He mostly ignored that one too but did send his earth and water lawyer John Irving to send a busy letter to the archives.
