Debbie Baez: I don't think I had the worst experience with zero COVID. She says she did know people who never ever were locked down in any way and because they didn't leave the country, never experienced any sort of quarantine except maybe in that first period back in 2020. A lot of decision making is made by the local residence committee, the Jua Hui,. And the elderly people in the compound who are on that are the ones with hookup. So for people who had a salary or who had a nice pension,maybe didn't affect them very much.
