The Problem With Being a Generalist

Right now there's too many generalists. The people who I come across most often and who I observe are definitely generalists. They know a little bit about everything but they're not outstanding at one thing. That pretty much means that you're just a no one really. Like sure your gen, it's better than being no good at things but it's still not enough.
