The WA Premier Mark McGowan has announced this week that they're on this mission to provide affordable housing. The question is will there be an oversupply because of the More housing? I've got a question for you with apartments and particularly here in Newcastle lots of apartments going in around the um harbor and all that. Would you suggest it be better for me to sell that apartment put the proceeds into a house deposit that i'm going to buy and live in?
