How Did You Get Into UX Research?
Sally Kohn is the senior director of UX and human factors research at iRobot. Her grandfather was a toy inventor in his free time who worked on the space shuttle. She says she fell in love with storytelling and documentary film during her undergrad years. Now, she's doing self-driving taxis for Uber as part of its Elevate program.
