Sally Kohn: I'm just thinking that many of us have, especially over the last year and a half, gone through some pretty traumatic experiences. And with the caveat that not everybody might be ready to undertake such a practice, but assuming that someone would be interested in at least trying to envision the path, where would they start? So you start with noticing, just pay attention to what is happening inside of your system, she says. She then teaches people to create like a constellation, like a map of their internal system with all these different personas so that they can relate to them differently.
