I think it's kind of ironic that I feel like there's these two big diet camps right now. The paleo and the plant based diets have some commonalities but then there's huge divides too. These two diets are more about this kind of bigger picture of eating than just a quick way to lose five pounds. We're hardwired through our DNA to we have a need to experience that and the fact that we're not is causes existential crises, emotional problems and all sorts of things so I think the paleo movement really is a is in some ways you know speaks to that need and it does it very effectively.
