The number of ones is not a bad way of splitting half hour, quarter hour and so on. So you can pick a bigger pair. And some of the mathematical grates throughout the ages have done exactly that. There is none smaller than two, 22, eight, four. That's as low as you going to get. They are famously the smallest one. We have known about those since the ancient greeks. Everyone else missed the next two. No, one spotted that until a 16 year old student found it in 18 66. It's one of the great examples of someone like onprofessional mathematician.
