"It started out great. My arm around the mother and two sons saying, yeah, I'll do this in Puerto Vallarta," he says. "Then two years later, they have made so much money on other projects that they went public." The company is now only doing beaches and urban ones for people who want to make a lot of money. He would like to work with families or couples more than just one person at a time.
