How Did You Become Interested in Habit Change?

i'd love to know how you first became interested in this area, and if there was a specific moment that made you really passionate about it. I think there's two answers. i just grew up in a family and an environment that emphasized optimizing yourself. But then fast forrd to probably my mid forties, i started gaining weit. And i felt like i was losing muscl mass, et cetera. So i hacked my own behaviour over the course of the year and figured out what i now call the tiny habits method. If you don't change now, you're not gonna be able to turn the corner.
