The Keystone Habit Is Adhering to a Daily Routine
For me, personally that my most important keystone habit is adhering to a daily and weekly routine. Everything else in my life falls into place when i do that. When we're not shooting for perfection, is the enemy of habit and of change. So if you want to make it much easier to follow through with that keystone habit, make it very obvious what you're suppo to do by having calendars all around you. And then also probably the most important thing, and something that so many of us, self included, tend to do subconsciously, is shaming and criticising ourselves when it doesn't work.
