The Supreme Court's Decision on Ripple

Elliott Stein, Bloomberg Intelligence Litigation Analyst thinks that the ripple case is going to be one that's going to end up at the Supreme Court. If it rules in favor of Ripple, it could really open up things to less regulatory environment for crypto in the United States. Another issue that could hit the high court as soon as the nine month term that starts in October is already at a federal appellate court in Washington. It's expected to rule on the SEC's rejection of a proposed Bitcoin exchange traded fund after approving a similar product based on Bitcoin futures.
