Being an Allie for Minorities

Being an ally is a choice. It is about choosing to visibly and vocally stand up for the rights of others, and to just call out bias and unacceptable behavior. I think every little helps. And in spite of the great progress that the algeby t c plus community has made so far, there's still a lot of work to be done,. So i believe it's a personal responsibility to, you know, stand up and help and help others who may not have the same voice as other communities.
