The environmental impact of used cars will be felt not just in Ghana and the region but globally, says festival. Exporting countries have some responsibility to help reduce demand for vehicles by building viable public transport systems. Changing land use systems, creating effective public transport and also improving the general economic and lobbying of people so that they probably can buy better cars if they have to use it.
