After they buy, i get them to take their first action and achieve their first whin. When you've got a clear mission, it makes product creation a lot easier. So for example, after people buy my experience product master class, i give them what i call to show me the money video. They get to map out exactly how they're going to put the money that they just invested back in their pocket within ten weeks or less.
