The Importance of Failure

The book is about openness to failing and how it can inspire the next step or pivot that's required to turn that failure into a success. I talk about in this chapter the advent of the drug Viagra, which began its life as an almost failed heart drug. And so there's something about being the kind of mind or person who takes failure and says, what does this mean? What juice can I squeeze from this?
