What's Your Opinion on the Subject Matter Enthusiast?
I like what you said about hiring the people that live it, because otherwise you still in up with an s an me if you hire the other person. But it's a subject matter enthusiast, not a subject matter expert. And i have no with enthusiasts, but you have to realize the difference between enthusiasm and experience. I hope that whatever it is that you're doing gives you some sense of a fulfilment.
