Melatonin has been shown to have multiple benefits on health, including autophagy and increasing insulin sensitivity. Trecholose is a desaccharide which means that it's basically a sugar. If you want to put something in order to make your coffee a bit more sweet, then trecholose would be the way to go instead of regular sugar. And I also personally am using a ketogenic creamer for my coffee as well, that I really like.
