We Sell a Lot of Vacant Land

We go through a list of due diligence we call it you know sending out a photographer to the property. We close the property through the title or attorney or ask her company depending on what's normal for that area. And then we evaluate whether we want to do anything to the property like some clearing or trash clean up or something like that. List it with a local land broker and then we listed a price it's pretty aggressive so then we can sell it quickly right? I think the magic in this is that you're actually kind of getting people who aren't even looking to sell.
