There's good evidence for a few strategies therre at least they give you clues. One is, takers tend to take more credit for teams successesnd more likely to blame other people for their failures. Another that that i find pretty useful is looking at the expectations that people have of others. And then a third strategy that i really like is to look at a pattern of kissing up and kicking downm The idea is that everybody engages in some helping behaviors.
