Joseph Smith's History of the Priesthood
In 1832, Joseph Smith is first going to mention angels being a part of a priesthood restoration. There's no mention of the terms Aaronic or Melchizedek nor does it mention Peter, James and John. It's really clear this 1832 history was almost certainly written to address the growing infighting from the Missouri branch into kind of getting the church on better footing.
