The Importance of Responsibility in Business

As a CEO I am responsible for my experience. And the places that I've got most tripped up are when I get into shame about how I'm not doing something. That's a place where I used like I could spin out and people would just be like, no, just hire somebody for this role. So, so as I've relaxed that a lot like that has increased and improved the relationships with my team. People also seem they feel more seen and more empowered.
