Is There a Cause for Biceps Training?

It's going to be really hard to make your biceps grow if you never do any biceps training at all. The signal sent to the muscle fibers actually increases in speed and intensity. So that temporal signaling of the muscle, the motor unit itself makes the muscle create more force. You don't necessarily have to load it heavier per se. It just needs to be heavy enough to stimulate motor unit recruitment.
