How to Get a Diagnostic of ADHD or Autism
How do you go about getting a diagnosis of ADHD or autism as well? What would you say to them? Do you go to your GP and get a referral and to whom and get through that? Yeah, great question. So there's a couple of options. If you wanted to be assessed for ADHD, you will generally have to see a psychiatrist anyway if you're wanting to go down a medication route. That can often be quicker sometimes. But as you were saying before, Monique, I would suggest being very careful about who you go to. There's some amazing psychiatrists who are very well versed in adult ADHD,. And particularly for women.
